Service 3D Print
3D PRINTING
Our young, dynamic company is located in Verona, Italy, and is specialized in 3D designing, prototyping and printing services.
3D printing allows a quick creation of prototypes and the personalization of the final product. Our 3D printing service for businesses is extremely convenient.
What are the 3D printers?
They are devices able to create any kind of three dimensional objects through a process of additive manufacturing. In other words, an object is designed using a software (CAD) and replicated in real life using specific materials (CAM). A distinction between PLA and ABS materials needs to be made, though: the first (PolyLactic Acid) comes from maize starch and is , therefore, biodegradable while the second (Acrynitrile Butadiene Styrene) is derived from petroleum. However, the latter is usually preferred for its better resistance to mechanical stress and high temperatures. Other kinds of materials can be used, like the PET (PolyEthylene Terephthalate) which guarantees high resistance to pressure and stretching. It is a nylon similar to the ABS for its mechanical characteristics and its high versatility.
You can pick the material you like the best to create your objects using our 3D printing service for businesses.
3D printers: how do they work?
Among the various 3D printing technologies which are currently available, for our 3D printing services we have chosen the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). Plastic filaments, rolled up in a kind of baling, are progressively unrolled during the printing process. Thanks to this technology objects/prototypes can be created at low prices.
What’s their use?
Since the very beginning 3D printers have been used for industrial production thanks to the advantage of creating prototypes quickly and at low costs. This allows engineers and designers to physically see and touch their creations without starting a real productive process. In the last few years the development of this technology has allowed the creation of things for everyday use, too.
